Cocoa Spice Snacking Cake

¼ cup margarine, melted
¼ cup Hershey's® Cocoa
¾ cup applesauce
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup raisins

In small bowl, combine margarine and cocoa, stirring until smooth; stir in applesauce. Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, spices and salt. Add
cocoa mixture and egg; stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in
nuts and raisins.

Spread into greased 9” glass square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 28 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar over top, if desired.
