Herb Marinated Chicken Kabobs

4(1 lb.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 small zucchini, cut into ½” slices
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1” squares
½ cup Heinz® Wine Vinegar
½ cup tomato juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 garlics, minced
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. white pepper

Lightly flatten chicken breasts; cut each breast lengthwise into 3 strips. In
large bowl, combine chicken, zucchini and red pepper.

For marinade, in jar, combine remaining ingredients; cover and shake vigorously.
Pour marinade over chicken and vegetables. Cover; marinate in refrigerator,
about 1hour. Drain chicken and vegetables, reserving marinade.
Alternately thread chicken and vegetable onto skewers; brush with marinade.
Broil, 3 to 5” from heat source, 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked,
turning and brushing occasionally with marinade.

Makes 4 servings
