Chicken Fricassee

¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2½ to 3 lbs. broiler fryer chicken pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1 12oz. Heinz® HomeStyle Chicken or Turkey Gravy
¼ tsp. nutmeg

In small bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken with flour
mixture. In large skillet, brown chicken in oil; drain excess fat.

In medium bowl, combine gravy and nutmeg with any remaining flour mixture; pour
over chicken cover; simmer 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is
tender, basting occasionally.

Makes 5 to 6 servings
