Saucy Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
½ cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. flour
1 28oz. can whole peeled tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
1/3 to ½ cup Heinz® 57 Sauce
½ tsp. salt
Hot buttered noodles or rice

In large bowl, combine beef, cheese, bread crumbs; milk and egg. Form into
20 meatballs, using a rounded tablespoon for each.

In large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain excess fat. Sprinkle flour
over meatballs, stirring gently to coat.

In medium bowl combine tomatoes, 57 Sauce and slat; pour over meatballs.
Simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes or until sauce is desired consistency,
stirring occasionally. Serve meatballs and sauce over noodles or rice.

Makes 5 servings (About 3 cups sauce)
