Stuffed Pork Chops

4 rib pork chops, cut 1¼” thick, slit for stuffing
1½ cups prepared stuffing
1 tbsp. oil
Salt and white pepper
1 12oz. bottle Heinz® Chili Sauce

Trim excess fat from cops. Place stuffing in pockets of chops; secure with
wooden toothpicks or string.

In large skillet, brown chops in oil; season with slat and pepper. Place chops
in 2-qt. oblong baking dish. Pour chili sauce over chops. Cover with
foil; bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir sauce; turn and baste chops.
Cover; bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until chops are
cooked. Remove toothpicks. Skim excess fat. Spoon sauce over chops.

Makes 4 servings
