1 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. Kikkoman® soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 garlic, minced
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1¼ cups water
4 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chunked
Hot cooked rice

Cut beef across grain into thin slices. Combine 1 tbsp. each cornstarch and
