Sombrero Taco Cups

1 lb. ground beef or pork
1 pkg. Lawry’s® Taco Spices & Seasonings
¾ cup water
¼ cup salsa
2 (8oz. each) pkgs. refrigerator biscuits
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

In medium skillet, brown ground beef until crumbly; drain fat. Add Seasonings
and water; blend well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered,
10 minutes. Stir in salsa.

Separate biscuits and press each biscuit into an ungreased muffin cup. Spoon
equal amounts of meat mixture into each muffin cup; sprinkle each with
cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 12 minutes or until biscuit cups are
browned and cheese melts.

Makes 12 pastries
