1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. celery seed or poppy seed
In blender, combine all ingredients except oil and celery seed; process until
smooth. On low speed, continue processing and slowly add oil, stir in
celery seed. Cover and chill.
Serve with salad of lettuce and sliced sweet onion if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 1 cup dressing
