1 20oz. can Dole® pineapple chunks in juice
1 11oz can Dole® mandarin orange segments in syrup
1 firm large banana, sliced, optional
1-1/3 cups seedless grapes
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup pecan halves or coarsely chopped nuts
1 cup Deans® sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tbsp brown sugar
Drain pineapple and oranges. In large bowl, combine pineapple, mandarin orange,
bananas, grapes, marshmallow, coconut and nuts.
In bowl, mix sour cream and brown sugar. Stir in fruit mixture. Refrigerate covered 1 hour or overnight.
