Fruit Salad with Orange Almond Dressing

1 head leaf lettuce
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1 peach sliced
1/2 cantaloupe, cut into chunks
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup whole almonds, toasted

Orange Almond Dressing:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped almond
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp. grated orange peel.

Line a large salad bowl with lettuce. Arrange fruit on top; sprinkle with almonds..

To make dressing, combine all ingredients and refrigerate, covered until
ready to serve.

Serve with the fruit salad

6 to 8 servings
