Indian Fruit Salad

1 fresh pineapple
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 orange peeled and sliced
2 cups melon balls or sliced melon
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 cup Hellmann's® mayonnaise
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/2 tsp. salt

Twist crown from pineapple. Cut into lengthwise into quarters. Remove fruit
from shells with a curved knife. Trim off core and slice fruit. Add 2½ cups
pineapple to a bowl and combine with lettuce, orange, melon and nuts.

To make dressing, combine remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered until
ready to serve. Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
