8 oz. spiral pasta
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup white vinegar
1 large garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
¼ lb. snow peas, ends and strings removed
2 cups broccoli florettes
1 cup cauliflower florettes
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile in screw top jar, combine oil, vinegar, garlic lemon juice mustard,
Worcestershire and salt. Shake well. In large bowl, combine hot pasta
with dressing. Mix well. Add vegetables; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered.
Makes 8 servings
