Waldorf Chicken Salad

1 cup uncooked medium macaroni shells, cooked as package directs, rinsed and drained
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups coarsely chopped apple
1 cup cubed mild Cheddar cheese
¾ cup sliced celery
½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
¼ cup applesauce
2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
½ cup chopped pecans

In large bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Chill thoroughly.

Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
