Turkey Waldorf Salad

2/3 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 cups Butterball® cooked turkey or Perdue® chicken, diced
2 apples, cored and diced
2/3 cup sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, juice salt and pepper. Add turkey, apples
and celery. Toss to coat well.

Cover and chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
