Salada di Antipasto

2 quarts Dole® mixed salad greens
1/2 lb salami cut into strips
1 8oz. package Sargento® mozzarella cheese cut into strips
1 10oz package frozen artichokes hearts, cooked and rained
1 medium tomato cut i no wedges
1/2 cup roasted red peppers cut into strips
1 cup authentic Italian Dressing

In large salad bowl, arrange all ingredients except dressing. Cover and chill
until ready to serve. Just before serving, toss with dressing. Serve, if
desired with Italian bread.

Makes 4 servings
