Wild Rice Seafood Salad

1/2 cup WishBone® Creamy Italian Dressing
1 lb cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
2 cups cooked Uncle Ben's® Wild Rice
1 small red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup halved seedless grapes
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 dashes of hot pepper sauce

In large bowl combine all ingredients except lettuce.

To serve, line a serving bowl with lettuce. Fill with shrimp mixture and
garnish, if desired, with lemon slices.

6 servings

*May substitute 2 packags6oz each frozen crabmeat, thawed and drained.
Increases dressing to 3/4 cup.
