Lemon Blossom Cookies

2 cups margarine softened
1½ cups confectioners’ sugar
¼ cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
4 cups flour
Finely chopped nuts, optional
Assorted fruit preserves and jams or pecans halves

IN large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add ReaLemon®; beat
well. Gradually add f lour mix well. Chill 2 hours. Shape into 1” balls;
roll in nuts, if desired. Place 1” apart on greased baking sheets. Press
thumb in center of each ball; fill with preserves or pecan. Bake at 350°
for 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned.

Make about 6 dozen
