1½ cups flour
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
¾ cup margarine
2 cups packed brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
Lemon Icing:
2 cups confections sugar
3 tbsp. ReaLemon® Lemon Juice fro Concentrate
2 tbsp. softened margarine
In medium bow, combine flour and confections sugar; cut in margarine until crumbly. Press onto bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9” baking pan; bake at
350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
To prepare Icing: combine all the Icing ingredients until smooth. Spread over the top, then cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
Make about 36 bars
