1 21 oz can Comstock Brand® Apple Filling
1 16oz can pumpkin
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup gingersnap crumbs
2 tbsp. margarine
Spoon apple filling into 8 to10 baking custard cups.
In large bowl, beat pumpkin, sweetened milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt until combined. Spoon over the apple filling.
Combine gingersnap crumbs and margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Place prepared cups on 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 350°; bake 15 minutes longer or until set. . Cool completely. Refrigerate leftovers.
