1/3 cup margarine, melted
1½ cup Keebler's® graham crumbs
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 14oz Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup water
1 3oz pkg Jell-O® Cook and Serve® Buterscotch Pudding Pie and Filling Mix (NOT instant)
3 (8oz each) pkgs Philadelphia Brand® cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine margarine, crumbs, sugar; press mixture firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan.
In medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and water, mix well. Stir in pudding mix Cook over medium heat and stir until thickened and bubbly.
In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, beat in eggs and vanilla. Add pudding mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until golden brown around edges (center will be soft) Cool to room temp. Chill thoroughly
Garnish with whipped topping
