Chocolate Cream Pudding

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup Hershey's® Cocoa
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups milk
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. margarine
1½ tsp. vanilla

In heavy saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt. Stir in milk and egg yolks over medium high heat. Cook and stir constantly 1 minute.

Remove from heat; blend in margarine and vanilla. Pour into bowl or
individual serving dishes; press plastic wrap directly onto surface and cool Vcompletely. Refrigerate until set.

6 to 8 servings
