1 pkg. Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe Swiss Choclate Cake mix
3 large eggs
1/3 cup oil
1½ cups water
1 cup Diamond® chopped walnuts
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 3oz. pkg. Mounds® flaked coconut
¼ cup milk
Combine dry cake, eggs, oil and water in large bowl. Mix as directed on package.
Sitr in ½ cup nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 glass
baking pan. Bake at 350° 35 to 40 minutes or toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack.
For topping: combine margarine, brown sugar, coconut, milk and remaining nuts.
Spread evenly over the cake. Place frosted cake under broiler and broil
2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly.
12 to 16 servings
