Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp margarine
Filling:
3 pkg (8oz each) Philadelphia Brand® cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 square Bakers® Unsweetened chocolate, melted
Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine; press into bottom of 9” springform pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Increase oven temp to 450°
For filling, beat cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs,
1 at time, mixing well after each additional. Blend chocolate into 1 cup
batter. Spoon plain and chocolate batters, alternately over crust.
Cut through batters with knife several times for marble effect.
Bake at 450° 10 minutes, reduce oven temp to 250°. Continue baking for 30 minutes more. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of
pan. Refrigerate until chilled.
