Mint Chocolate Chip Brownie Squares

1 21.5oz pkg. Pillsbury® Fudge Brownie Mix
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Line 13 x 9 glass pan with foil; butter the foil and set aside.

Prepare brownie mix as package directs; stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake as directed. Cool thoroughly.

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and chips. Pour over brownie layer. Cover; freeze 6 hrs. or until firm.

To serve, lift brownies from pan using foil; cut into squares. Garnish as
desired. Freeze leftovers.

10 to 12 servings
