Touch of Honey Bread

2½ to 3 cups flour
1 cup Quaker® Oat Bran hot cereal, uncooked
1 pkg. quick-rise yeast
½ tsp. salt
1¼ cups water
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. margarine

In large bowl combine 1 cup flour, oat bran, yeast and salt. Heat water, honey and margarine until very warm. Add to dry ingredients; beat until
moistened. Continue beating 3 minutes. Stir in enough remaining flour to
form a stiff dough.

Light spray bowl, with no stick cooking spray or oil lightly. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead 8 to 10 minutes or until dough is
smooth and elastic. Place into prepared bowl, turn once to coat surface of
dough. Cover; let rise in warm place 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack at least 1 hour before slicing. Serve as sandwich bread, toasted or spread with jelly, jam or fruit preserves.
