1¼ cups whole bran cereal
1 cup milk
¼ cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1½ cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup raisins
1 8oz. Philadelphia Brand® Cream Cheese, softened

1 egg, beaten
Combine cereal and milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add combined oil and egg; mix well. Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Spoon into greased and floured medium-size muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of cream cheese mixture onto batter. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
