1/4 cup margarine
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
2 small apples, pared and chopped
1 6oz pkg Nestle® butterscotch chips
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
1 3oz. can Bakers® flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
In 13 x 9 glass baking pan, melt margarine in oven at 325°. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine. Top with apples. Set aside.
In heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butterscotch chips with milk. Pour butterscotch mixture gently over the apples. Top with coconut and nuts; press down firmly. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or lightly browned. Cool on rack. Chill thoroughly.
Refrigerate leftovers.
