Chocolate Berry Parfaits

1 recipe Chocolate Cream Pudding

1 10oz pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed or 1 cup sweetened sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup cold whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Fresh strawberries for garnish, optional

Prepare Chocolate Cream Pudding; cool completely. Drain strawberries in blender, puree to equal 1/2 cup.

In small bowl, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff; fold in puree. In parfait or wine glasses; alternately layer chocolate cream
pudding and strawberry cream.

Garnish with fresh strawberries

8 to 10 servings
