Chocolate Ganache

1 7oz. Hershey® Special Dark Chocolate Bar, broken into pieces
¼ cup whipping cream
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. crème de cacao, optional

In medium saucepan combine chocolate pieces, cream and margarine; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is melted and smooth Stir in crème de cacao, optional. Cool to lukewarm.

Makes about 1 cup
