Filling:
1 pkg 8oz Philadelphia Brand® Cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
½ cup Bakers® Semisweet Real Chocolate Chips
Cupcakes:
2 squares Bakers® Unsweetened Chocolate
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1¼ cups flour
1 cup sugar
¾ cup water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
¼ sp. salt
Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and 1 egg until smooth. Stir in chips; set aside.
Melt chocolate in a small microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Beat melted chocolate, oil, flour, 1 cup sugar, water 1 egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt in large bowl until blended and smooth. Spoon ½ of the batter evenly into 18 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
Top each with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Spoon remaining batter
evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans to cool on wire racks. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
