Cranberry Muffins with Creamy Orange Spread

2 cups flour
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
¾ cup milk
½ cup margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup coarsely chopped cranberries

Creamy Orange Spread:
1 8oz. Philadelphia Brand® Cream Cheese, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Combine flour, 4 tbsp. sugar, baking powder, and slat; mix well. Add combined milk, margarine, and egg, mixing just until moistened. Fold in combined remaining sugar and cranberries. Spoon into greased medium-size muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, orange juice and peel; mixing until well blended.

Chill. Serve with muffins.
