Orange Wake Up Cake

1 pkg. Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix
2/3 cup water
3 eggs
½ cup margarine, softened
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
½ cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup brown sugar
¼ cup fine graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
1½ tsp. cinnamon
1 cup confectioners; sugar
2 tbsp hot water
¼ tsp vanilla

Combine dry cake mix, water, eggs, and ½ cup margarine in large bowl. Mix cake as directed on package. Fold in 1 tbsp of the orange peel. Divide batter evenly in 2 greased and floured 9” round layer pans.

For topping, combine pecans, brown sugar, graham crackers crumbs, 2 tbsp.
margarine, remaining orange peel and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over batter
in pans. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick
inserted in center comes out clean.

For glaze, mix confectioners’ sugar, hot water and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle over warm cakes. Serve warm or cool in pans

12 to 16 servings
