Crullers

1 8oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand® Cream Cheese, softened
½ cup margarine
1 cup flour
Dash of salt
Sugar

Combine cream cheese and margarine, mixing until well blended. Add flour and salt; mix well. Shape dough into ball; chill 1 hour. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 12 x 6 rectangle. Cut dough into 24 strips. Fry in deep hot oil, 375°, for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once using tongs. Drain on paper towels. Roll in sugar
