1 8oz. Philadelphia Brand® Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
¼ cup margarine
1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 eggs
2¼ cups flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine, mixing until well blended. Blend in banana and eggs. Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan. Serve with additional
cream cheese, if desired.
