Fresh Fruit Ice Cream

1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
1 cup pureed or mashed fresh fruit (bananas, peaches, raspberries or strawberries)
1 tbsp. vanilla
Food coloring, optional
2 cups Borden® heavy cream, whipped

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir in pureed or mashed fruit and food coloring, if desired. Fold in 2 cups whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5” loaf pan or other 2 qt container; cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.

Return leftovers to freezer.
