Frozen Chocolate Banana Loaf

1½ cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. margarine, melted
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup Smuckers® chocolate flavor syrup
2 small ripe bananas, mashed (3/4 cup)
2 cups heavy cream, whipped

Line 9x 5 loaf pan with foil, extending foil above sides of pan; butter foil.

Combine wafer cookie crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom and halfway upsides of prepared pan. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, syrup and bananas; mixing well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour in prepared pan; cover and freeze
6 hours or until firm.

To serve, remove from pan; peel off foil. Garnish as desired. Slice.

Return leftovers in freezer.

8 to 10 servings
