1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
¼ cup margarine, melted
3 egg yolks
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
Yellow food coloring, optional
Whipped topping
Combing crumbs, sugar and margarine and press firmly on bottom of 9" glass square pan. Set aside.
In small bowl, beat egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, juice and food
coloring. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Top with whipped topping and freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand
10 minutes before serving.
Freeze leftovers
6 to 9 servings
