3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg Jell-O® brand Gelatin, any flavor
1/2 cup cold water or 100% fruit juice
Ice cubes
1 cup fresh or canned fruit
Pour boiling water into blender. Add gelatin; cover and blend at low speed until gelatin completely dissolved, 30 seconds. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1¼ cups. Add to gelatin and stir until ice is partially
melted; then blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour into dessert glasses or serving bowl. Spoon in fruit. Chill until firm 20 to 30 minutes. The dessert layers as it chills. Garnish with additional fruit or whipped topping, if desired.
