1 pkg Duncan Hines® Deluxe Moist® Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 6oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 14oz. Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
1 8oz container frozen Cool Whip® whipped topping, thawed
3 drops yellow food coloring, optional
Prepare and bake cake following package directions for basic recipe, using greased and floured 13 x 9” glass pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto
cooling rack cool completely. Split cake in half horizontally.
Combine lemonade concentrate and milk in medium bowl. Fold in whipped toping. Add food coloring, if desired and blend well. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate. Spread 1/3 frosting on top. Place top cake layer on frosting.
Frost sides and top with remaining frosting. Refrigerate until
ready to serve.
