Lime Chiffon Squares

1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 3oz pkg. Jell-O® Lime Flavor Gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
1 8oz can Dole® crushed pineapple undrained
2 tbsp. lime juice
4 cups Kraft®miniature marshmallow
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Combine margarine and crumbs; press firmly on bottom of 9” square or 12 x 9 glass baking pan.

In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water; stir in sweetened condensed milk, pineapple and juice. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into prepared dish. Chill until set. Refrigerate leftovers.

10 to 12 servings
