Pound Cake

1 pkg. (2-layer size) Pillsbury® Yellow Cake Mmix or pudding-included Cake Mix
1 pkg Jell-O® Vanilla, Butterscotch, Butter Pecan or Lemon Flavor Pudding
and Pie Filling
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Blend just to moisten, scraping sides of bowl often. Then beat for 4 minutes. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean and cakes begin to pull away from sides of pans. Cool in pans on wrack 15 minutes. Remove from pans and finish cooling on racks.

Sprinkle with confections sugar, if desired.
