Chocolate Plunge

2/3 cup Karo® corn syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 8oz Bakers® Semisweet Chocolate or 2 pkgs (4oz each) Bakers® German Sweet Chocolate

Assorted fresh fruit (Strawberries slices kiwifruit, pineapple, apples or bananas) or cake cubes

Microwave corn syrup and cream in large microwavable bowl at HIGH for 1½ minutes or until mixture boils. Add chocolate, stir until melted.

Serve warm as a dip with fresh fruit or cake cubes

Stovetop Method:
Heat corn syrup and cream in 2 qt saucepan until it reaches to boiling point, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Continue as above.
