Fudgy Chocolate Ice Cream

3 (1oz each) Bakers® squares unsweetened chocolate melted
1 14oz can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups Borden® whipping cream

Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside and keep cream chilled.

In large bowl, beat chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and pour into 9 x 5” loaf pan or other 2quart. container. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.

Return leftovers to freezer.
