Mini Morsel Tea Biscuits

4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup margarine
1 cup Nestle Toll House® Semisweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
4 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1½ tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With pastry
blender or two knives, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse
crumbs. Stir in morsels; set aside.

In small bowl, beat three eggs with evaporated milk and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until soft dough forms.

Turn dough onto well floured surface. Knead briefly. Pat dough to ¾” thickness. Cut with fluted round biscuit cutter. Place on greased cookie sheets. Beat remaining egg with milk; brush over dough.

Bake at 400° for 15 to 17 minutes golden brown. Serve warm.
