Seafood Cacciatore

1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlics, minced
2 tbsp. oil
1 14oz. whole tomatoes in juice
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1¼ cups water
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
¾ tsp. basil
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1½ cups Original Minute® Rice

Cook and stir shrimp with onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet until
shrimp turn pink. Stir in tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, water, green
pepper, seasonings and bouillon cube. Bring to full boil, breaking
up tomatoes with spoon. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand
5 minutes. Fluff with fork
