Syllabub

4 cups half and half
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1/3 cup brandy
3 tbsp. dry or cocktail sherry
Candy lemon sticks, optional

In large bowl, on low speed, beat half and half until frothy; gradually beat in sugar then juice brand, brandy and sherry. Chill stir before serving.

Garnish with lemon sticks if desired.

Makes 5 cups
