Brown Rice and Chicken Bake

3 cups cooked brown rice
1 10oz. pkg. frozen green peas
2 cups cooked chicken breast cubes
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted, optional
2 tsp. soy sauce
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. tarragon

Combine rice, peas, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, soy sauce and seasonings in
bowl. Transfer to 3-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and
bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 6 servings
