Bouillabaisse

6 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic, minced
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 14oz. can stewed or whole tomatoes
1 cup red wine
¾ tsp. thyme
¼ tsp. rosemary
¼ tsp. Tabasco® Sauce
1 16oz. can mixed vegetables
1 7oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
1 6oz. can crabmeat, flaked
1 4oz. can shrimp, rinsed and drained

In large saucepan, cook onions, green pepper, garlic and parsley in oil over
medium heat until tender. Add tomatoes, wine and seasonings. Simmer 10
minutes. Add vegetables and seafood. Simmer 10 minutes more or until
heated through.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
