½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup sliced celery
2 tbsp. oil
3½ cups cubed zucchini
1 medium tomato, chopped
¾ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. oregano
In medium skillet, sauté onion and celery in oil 5 minutes. Add remaining
ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered, 10 minutes.
