2 (17oz. each) cans cream-style corn
1 cup Original Minute® Rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Pour into greased 9” square
baking dish. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until liquid absorbed. Garnish
as desired.
